Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data, under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Last updated 3 August 2026. This policy covers the Runway.sg website and our current user research, including the survey. It will be updated before the app itself launches.

1. About us

Runway.sg ("Runway", "we", "us") is a longevity planning platform for working adults, operated as part of GetSetUp. We are based in Singapore and are subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

2. What we collect at this stage

Runway is not yet available as a product. Right now we collect only:

  • Survey responses. These are anonymous by default. We do not ask for your name, NRIC, address or account details.
  • Contact details you choose to give. An email address or messaging handle, only if you opt in to receive the findings or to be contacted for a follow-up conversation. This field is always optional.
  • Waitlist email addresses, if you ask to be told when Runway launches.
  • Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and referring source, used to understand which channels reach people.

We do not currently connect to your bank, CPF, Singpass or health data. Those integrations are described on this site as planned product features, and none of them are live.

3. How we use it

  • To understand what people in their 20s and 30s need, and decide what to build.
  • To send you the anonymised research findings, if you asked for them.
  • To contact you about a follow-up interview, if you agreed to that.
  • To tell you when Runway launches, if you joined the waitlist.

We will not use contact details collected for research to send you marketing unrelated to the purpose you gave them for, and we will not sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. Consent and withdrawal

You give consent by submitting the survey or a form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us, and we will delete your contact details. Anonymous survey responses cannot be individually identified and therefore cannot be individually withdrawn once submitted.

5. Disclosure

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — for example form and email tools — and only to the extent needed. We may share aggregated, anonymised findings publicly or with research partners such as university career offices. Nothing shared this way can identify an individual.

6. Protection and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. We keep contact details only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them for, and delete them when that purpose ends or you ask us to.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for basic analytics. You can block them in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.

9. Changes

We will update this policy as Runway develops, particularly before any financial or health data integration goes live. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
